Trade-show networking was always a numbers game: collecting warm connections nobody intends to call, mostly to show your friends. (The friends all grew up to be Salesforce admins.) We're just the first booth honest enough to put up the scoreboard.

A taillight warranty lasts until the installer's taillights vanish down your driveway. Diligent Services is the opposite. We can't promise a system never goes down — nobody honest can. We promise to stay on: to keep it running, and to add your next special little request whenever the urge hits — during the punch walk, or twenty years out when it's finally time for something fresh.
